A photograph postcard showing the Withersfield Road, Haverhill, sent 1907. The postcard is sent to Miss F Jolly, Girton Villa, Victoria Park, Chesterton, Cambridge. The sender writes:

‘Dear F. I am fetching to Cambridge on Monday & will your father meet me at the station by the first train from Haverhill with the cab to drive me to Balreo? as it is too far for me to walk. I hope you are getting on now. I shall come & see you as soon as I can when I get back. With love from Grace? Breford?’

Frances Jolley’s father ran a cab business. - *Jolley/Jolly both used.
